Precautions & Reschudeling
What type of sanitation procedures are you following?
Alpha Tunes takes every precaution possible. We may limit our exposure to your guests.
Our interaction with your guests will be limited to facilitating speeches only. We will strive to keep your event a rocking good time. We may issue microphone covers to each guest making a toast or speech to help against any Covid transmission.
What if my event needs to be canceled?
If you event is cancelled due to a venue temporarily closing, we will make every attempt to reschedule. If a requested DJ is not available a substitute DJ will be provided. Due to the nature of limited dates, if Alpha Tunes is not able to accommodate your new date a refund of the deposit shall be issued.
Any custom work that has been created such as monograms or custom music edits are non refundable. We will make every attempt to issue you those custom products.
